I am a certified mindfulness and meditation coach, I am also certified in spiritual life coaching. I am professionally trained and certified in different healing modalities including energy healing, chakra healing, innerchild healing, EFT tapping , past life regressions etc.
For now, I am offering only virtual coaching sessions to the clients from all over the world.

As a professional life coach, I typically recommend an initial stage of meeting twice a week to establish momentum and clarity. Once this foundation is set, transitioning to once-a-week meetings often provides ample opportunity for continued progress and reflection.
