With a decade-long career as a journalist preceding my transition to a life coach and holistic healer, my journey and innate curiosity fueled my passion for exploring the deeper aspects of life through spirituality, metaphysics, and mindfulness.
Despite achieving recognition, success, and financial stability in my journalistic career, I felt disconnected and lacked joy and happiness in life. This disconnection took a toll on my health, leading to burnout and feelings of isolation.
This introspection prompted me to seek change, leading me to explore different holistic healing modalities and ultimately guiding me to my life purpose: to help others find their work-life balance, inner peace, and joy through self-love
